Virginia is currently facing a "new-age witch-hunt" where healthcare workers are submitting false information to the magistrates office to abduct US citizens for "psychiatric treatment."
New River Valley Community Services has petitioned for the involuntary psychiatric treatment of a former client with claims of "fortune-telling" after reviewing videos containing scientific instruments, receiving complaints by email with video evidence and NRVCS exposed communications from a former client with their neighbor(2) with assistance from the Pulaski County Sheriffs Department.
The Virginia Magistrates office does not read statements on petitions for involuntary treatment or investigate claims. They are immune to the law and the consequences of failure.
The Virginia Human Rights Committees dismiss evidence.
The Virginia Governors Office refuses to respond to complaints.
