None of the SHRC members or OHR staff involved hold a clinical license. There are no professional, clinical or other applicable licenses held by the individuals involved in the SHRC Final Determination review. SHRC members are a group of volunteers appointed to carry out duties under 12VAC35-115-270(C) of the Human Rights Regulations and do not have to maintain a professional license to be eligible for appointment.

The names of individuals on this page unanimously determined that Human Rights weren't violated when a New River Valley Community Services client was abducted from their home after a New River Valley Community Services employee committed perjury to obtain an Emergency Custody Order. The client was held against their will for 200 hours, received threats from healthcare workers, and complaints of caregiver abuse were dismissed.
